To further support the real economy, the Municipal Tax Service Bureau and the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology have delivered policies and services to specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprises, hosting two briefings titled “Safeguarding Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative Enterprises: Tax Benefits Empowering Technological Innovation” and “An Overview of the Context and Policy Framework for Developing ‘Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative’ Enterprises.”

By leveraging tax‑related big data, precisely implementing tax‑benefit policies, and intelligently upgrading tax and fee services, we are providing robust support for enterprises’ high‑quality development. During the roundtable forum on the development of “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” enterprises, key personnel from both departments and enterprise representatives engaged in in-depth discussions on how to better help businesses capitalize on policy incentives.
