The inductor testing packaging machine is an automated device specifically designed to handle the automated inspection process for inductors.

Today, we introduce the sixth piece of equipment in the process flow— Test packaging machine 。

The inductor testing packaging machine is an automated device specifically designed to handle the automated inspection process for inductors.

Equipment Purpose:

Inductance Test packaging machine Place the qualified inductor products onto the carrier tape in sequence, encapsulate them, and neatly wind the tape onto the reel.

Test packaging machine Process flow:

Material loading: Products A are fed into the machine’s test turntable in an orderly, face-up orientation using a vibratory bowl feeder, optical fibers, and other methods, then undergo waiting‑time characteristic testing.

◼ Characteristic Testing: After the product enters the test turntable, during material loading (at rest), the solenoid valve is energized to engage, lifting the test probe until it contacts the electrode for testing.

◼ Heating and Packaging: After testing is completed, pass‑rated products are automatically transferred into the carrier tape. The tape lid is then bonded to the carrier using heat or other methods, thereby completing product packaging.

◼Reel Packaging: Products pre‑packaged at the front end are placed into standardized reels according to the specified quantity, completing the packaging process.

Equipment Features:

◼ Equipment CT: 400–1,000 units/min; the operational CT varies depending on the product being processed.

◼ Production yield: 98% or higher;

◼ Testing method: The probe makes contact with the electrode to measure the values corresponding to each test item.

◼ Insertion method: The product on the turntable is picked up by an insertion nozzle and then inserted into the carrier tape’s holes.

◼Encapsulation method: The copper block is heated within a designated track to thermally seal the cover of the carrier tape.

◼ Feeding method: A vibratory bowl sorter identifies the front side of the product and feeds it in an orderly manner into the test turntable.
