The inductive powder cold‑pressing molding machine is an automated device specifically designed to address the powder metallurgy die‑casting molding process.

Inductor cold press machine Purpose:

A specific loose powder is compacted into a T‑core of defined shape and strength using a specially designed mold, and then baked to further enhance its mechanical properties, thereby facilitating subsequent processing steps.

Features of the powder cold pressing machine:

  • The equipment achieves a production cycle of 3.5 seconds per mold, with automated powder feeding and automatic material discharge; the weight variation of each individual powder charge is within 0.001 g.

  • The equipment can handle multiple part numbers, and switching between different part numbers requires only a simple change of components.

  • The equipment can be customized with varying numbers of working stations to suit product size, thereby enhancing production efficiency.

  • The equipment’s HMI allows users to view real-time production and equipment operating status, enabling continuous monitoring of production data.

Inductor cold press machine Process flow:

  1. The cam‑driven powder‑feeding mechanism advances the powder, ensuring high filling accuracy and uniform powder distribution within the mold cavity.

  2. Through the counter‑pressure extrusion of the upper punch, the middle die, and the lower punch, a product of the corresponding shape is formed by die casting.

  3. During the die extrusion process, a pressure sensor transmits voltage signals to the controller, which converts them into pressure data, ensuring precise and accurate pressure measurement.

  4. After forming, the product is extruded from the die surface by upward pressure from the lower punch, and a powder feeder pushes it into the receiving tray.
