Cycle time: 2–3 seconds per piece; yield exceeds 99%; equipment utilization rate is above 95%. It employs PLC control, a modular design, high stability, and simple operation and maintenance. Hot-press integrated line machine

This machine is suitable for thermal‑pressing processes across the entire thickness range of size series such as 1005–3225, supporting single‑station‑to‑four‑stations or multi‑station operation, with forward‑in/forward‑out material flow, automatic control, automatic reject sorting, and mold circulation. It enables fully automated closed‑loop production with a cycle time of 30 seconds per mold, yields exceeding 99%, and equipment utilization above 95%. The system features dual‑station fan‑based cooling, as well as sensors for detecting missing material, incomplete filling, and insufficient powder loading. It also provides real‑time display of current output and C/T cycle time, manual/automatic mode switching, fault‑alarm visualization, and direct adjustment of all process parameters. Visual Positioning and Glue Stripping All-in-One Machine

This machine is suitable for laser paint‑stripping across the entire thickness range of size series such as 1005–3225. It employs ultraviolet lasers, ensuring that lead frames are less prone to oxidation, with a smooth surface that readily accepts solder. Equipped with vision‑based positioning, it accurately locates each component, delivering high‑precision paint removal. Tool changes are straightforward, operation is simple, and the equipment achieves a cycle time of 0.4 seconds per part, with a yield exceeding 99% and an availability rate above 95%.
