　　Recently, at the Bazhong City event themed “Carrying Forward the Spirit of May Fourth, Together Crafting a Splendid Chapter in Culture and Tourism,” Duan Feiyang, Manager of the Product Manufacturing Department at Tongyou Microelectronics (Sichuan) Co., Ltd., took to the stage as an outstanding youth representative. 　　Duan Feiyang held a coil of inductive components no bigger than a fingernail and shared his story with the young audience: “Though these inductors may seem tiny, they embody the R&D team’s round-the-clock experimentation.”

　　Since Tongyou Microelectronics established its presence in Bazhong in 2022, it has achieved mass production of the first batch of “Made in Bazhong” PIM inductors in just eight months. Its yield rate has steadily improved, surpassing 95%—well above the industry average—helping the company leap from a follower to a rule‑setter in the sector.

　　Duan Feiyang said, “Youth is about racing against time, just like components in an electrical circuit—unleashing extraordinary energy. When I see our inductors powering devices in consumer electronics, smart cars, and intelligent healthcare, a sense of pride wells up naturally. General Secretary Xi Jinping once said that youth is meant for striving. I believe I’ve lived up to that—our Tongyou team has, too.”
