Cold pressing is the first major process station in PIM’s ultra‑miniature integrated molding of inductors.

3. Demolding and Material Removal
Detach the PIM monolithic inductor from the mold without damage.

A method to ensure damage-free fabrication of PIM micro‑molded inductors: Align the middle die, the first punch, and the second punch at the same level. The powder feeder speed should not be too high.
The equipment is independently developed and can be customized to accommodate different materials and product performance requirements. It features cam-driven operation, ensuring dimensional stability with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm.
