Equipment Features

1. The equipment boasts high production efficiency, featuring automatic material feeding, automated inspection, and automatic sorting of good and defective products.

2. The equipment can handle multiple part numbers; by adjusting the vision system and certain fixtures, it can process a variety of product types.

3. The equipment can perform inspections on products from one side to six sides, depending on product requirements, thereby achieving multi-functionality.

4. The equipment’s HMI allows users to view real-time production and equipment operating status, enabling continuous monitoring of production data.

 

Equipment Process Flow

1. Material feeding

The vibratory bowl feeder arranges the products in an orderly fashion onto the machine’s glass turntable. A vision system on the tray inspects each product to verify that it is facing the correct side, enabling selective sorting and separation.

2. Visual Inspection

The product is inspected on multiple camera stations, capturing images of its various surfaces, and then compared against a visual AI template to determine whether it is a qualified good part.

3. Quality Product Screening

The system visually inspects the product’s dimensions or appearance at the preceding workstation, identifies any defects, and sorts out the conforming units.

4. Material Receiving and Separation

After the front-end system determines whether a product is good or defective, it processes the data and directs the corresponding product to the appropriate storage bin. Paint stripper 2.png
