Equipment Purpose:

Induction hot press machine The semi-finished product after winding is subjected to a high‑temperature, high‑pressure lamination process with the addition of a specified amount of powdered material, thereby imparting the product with its inherent properties.

Process flow:

Filler: Developed a rotary‑type material‑suction and detection feeding module to enable fully automated loading and unloading.

Visual Inspection: Develop an independent visual inspection system to verify that product placement within the mold meets specifications, thereby improving production yield and reducing equipment downtime.

Powder Filling: A self-developed, high-precision powder-filling module ensures that the amount of powder dispensed into each cavity is precisely controllable and adjustable, delivering more stable performance.

Die casting: Developed a four‑in‑one integrated production line to balance cycle times, maximize throughput, and meet the process requirements when paired with the die‑casting machine.

Equipment Features:

Production yield: 98% or higher;
Feeding method: automatic feeding via a vibratory bowl;
Powder-filling method: automatic powder filling;
Material-feeding method: demolding is performed, and the material is automatically collected into the receiving box.
