Automatic winding machine What is it?

The inductor automatic winding machine is an automated device specifically designed to streamline the coil-winding process in the semiconductor industry.

The purpose of the automatic winding machine is:

The automatic winding machine neatly arranges the specified copper wire on the cold‑pressed core’s central post according to the prescribed number of turns and pitch, and secures both ends of the wire to the protruding tabs of the cold‑pressed core.

Features of the automatic inductor winding machine:

Production yield: 98% or higher;

CT equipment: 0.2–0.5 seconds per unit;

Winding method: dual-axis simultaneous operation, with multiple layers of windings wound concurrently;

Winding coil count setting: Enter the number of turns, and the equipment will automatically calculate and produce accordingly.

Copper wire tension control: A multifunctional digital tension meter is used to monitor copper wire tension in real time.

Inductance Automatic winding machine Process flow:

Material feeding: Automatic feeding is achieved using a vibratory bowl feeder, with the bowl equipped with built-in functions for automatic material screening and removal of broken pieces.

Wire feeding: Equipped with a digital, adjustable automatic wire‑tensioning device that continuously monitors wire tension and maintains the tension within a set range, ensuring reliable winding performance.

Wire winding and forming: We have independently developed an integrated module for material handling, wire clamping, and winding, enabling simultaneous dual-axis winding. Additionally, the number of windings can be adjusted according to product requirements or the type of copper wire used.

Cutting and Spot Welding: An in-house developed integrated module for edge folding, cutting, and spot welding, featuring convenient adjustment to accommodate varying product specifications and parameters.
